I arrived at 4:30pm, they close at 5:30. They were able to replace my rear brakes enabling me to leave on our family vacation on time the next morning. Service and cost were good. Thank you.

I think the guy's at this shop great their polite, their pleasant and most of all, very honest..I took my car in there being told a few monthz that my front brakes would need to be replaced soon.I took the car in the guy's. Put it up on the left. They checked all the brakes and all of them are in great condition.I have dropped the car off and left the property. Thank you know to be back in a couple hours. I got a call with in fifteen minutes that I could come back and pick up the car..This company could have easily charge me for breaks. They could have easily just thrown. Breaks on just to have done it. But they were so honest they did not. They will have my business in the future for oil change etc

These days it can be a challenge to find an honest mechanic that is professional and provides excellent customer service! Look no further than Brakemaster on 55th Ave and Bell. Manager Jerry Baugh is the most honest man I have encountered in that endless search we all struggle with to find a place that can be trusted to take care of our vehicles! The staff is exceptional! They are fast and do a thorough job of servicing each vehicle insuring that it is safe and functioning properly!I rarely write a review, but I want people to know about Jerry and his hand-picked staff of ultra professional car care professionals. When you need help, they are there for you!Whether the job is big or small, Jerry and his staff will resolve the issue with your vehicle! You can trust this establishment. I will never go to another place for my car care needs!

I had an appointment at Brakes Plus today at 2pm. I arrived to get my brakes done and my oil changed at 1:23 pm. I called at 4pm to check the status because I hadn’t heard anything and they close at 5. When I called I was told it should be ready at 5. Not wanting them to lock my key up and leave I showed up at 445. When I arrived I noticed that it was parked exactly as I left it as if they hadn’t even touched it. Because they hadn’t. When I asked if they had even looked at it I got told they were really backed up, but they were still planning on looking at it…not fixing it, looking at it. After waiting over 3 hours I said no. I didn’t get a sincere apology or even a manager with the balls to come tell me what happened. A phone call telling me they were behind would’ve gone a long way.Luckily As I was driving home, seriously pissed off I called brake masters And the manager that answered the phone, Jerry, told me he could get me in Tuesday, but unfortunately, because of the holiday they were going to be closed tomorrow and Monday. Although I appreciated the sense of urgency, I could not wait so I continued home. About 2 miles away from the location at 55th and Bell, Jerry called me back and said that one of his guys offered to stay later to get me taken care of. I Immediately turned around and came straight here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thanks to the professionalism, the understanding, the kindness, and the going above and beyond to make sure I traveled safely, I will only ever come back to Jerry’s Brake Masters. He and his team are the epitome of what quality customer service should look like.

So I've been a Brake Masters customer for awhile. They've always done good work for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I recently ran into some issues where I had to return my vehicle more than once for warranty work. Let's get real... We now live in a world where service isn't what it use to be. I don't blame Brake Masters. We are all still suffering from this parts shortage and decent workers we can trust and employ. Anyway, Id like to keep this simple, Brake Masters honored their work. Jerry, the store manager at this site is a great guy. He does his best! Jerry will follow up and do his best to make sure you are taken care of. That poor guy has had staffing issues recently. Unfortunately, corporate had to come in and make some decisions to help me get my vehicle get back in shape. I will say this: Christian, the manager at corporate is an honorable guy with a plethora of knowledge about your vehicle and parts. He isn't just a corporate manager. He is a relatable blue-collar guy. He has practical experience as well. He is very knowledgeable. Christian has retained me as a customer. I still reccomend Brake Masters to do your work. My experience is that they are an honorable company. We need more Brake Masters and leaders like Christian in this world. I will definitely repost later. The only reason it's only 4 stars is due to the issues of returning more than once for warranty work. I give them 5 stars for customer service and honesty and being honorable.
